COVID-19 brings family courts into 20th century

But not quite the 21st! The introduction of internet and video technology for remote hearings during the COVID-19 pandemic is transforming how family courts operate around the world today. But, it’s doing little to address the number of cases that continue, every day, to demonstrate that our current system is unsustainable.
